The Toronto Blue Jays have tied up the World Series at two apiece versus the LA Dodgers.
The Blue Jays, despite being without George Springer , were their resilient selves once again on Tuesday night, defeating the Dodgers by a 6-2 final. It was a gutsy effort after a heartbreaking defeat the night prior that saw them lose Game 3 in an outing that went 18 innings .
As has been the case plenty throughout this postseason, Vladimir Guerrero Jr. played a huge part in the win. The 26-year-old finished the game with two hits, including a two-run home run in the top of the third inning to put the Jays up 2-1.
The win guarantees that regardless of the outcome in Game 5, this series will return to Toronto. The city will be full of life in hopes of seeing the Jays win their first championship
