PITTSBURGH —
Pittsburghers are adjusting their travel plans as Hurricane Melissa wreaks havoc on Jamaica.
"I really can’t even describe it. It’s just like a lot of emotion. First, I was OK, then I was having anxiety, and I was crying. It was just different emotion,” said Antoinette Margita . Advertisement
Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 checked back in with Margita for a second time on Tuesday night. The Duquesne resident is staying at Hotel Riu Montego Bay in Jamaica.
She sent a video of heavy rain and what looks to be floodwater outside the resort.
"The winds and the rain, they've slowed down. I just hear like rain now. Before, I heard stuff like you know, the wind and stuff hitting off stuff, and at a point I did hear glass breaking," Margita said.
Another video she took showed rain
