Expect steady rain throughout the day with highs struggling to get out of the 40s. Wind gusts will still reach 30 mph through mid-week.

Sunshine returns on Thursday but so do strong winds and cold temperatures. Highs will stay in the 50s for the majority of this week with lows dipping to the 30s by Friday morning.
