Imphal, October 28 2025: The BRIC-Institute of Bioresources and Sustainable Development (BRIC-IBSD), Imphal, organized a scientific lecture delivered by distinguished scientist Dr Rakesh S Laishram on "Regulatory Dynamics of Untranslated RNA (UTR) at the mRNA 3'end: Gene Expression in the Heart" at BRIC-IBSD, Takyel on October 27.As per a statement, Dr Rakesh S Laishram is Scientist-F at the BRIC-Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology, Thiruvananthapuram, a Fellow of the National Academy of Sciences, India, and recipient of the Swamajayanti Fellowship (DST) and the Ramalingaswami Re-entry Fellowship (DBT) .
