Thoubal, October 28 2025: The District Fishery Officer, Thoubal has issued a notification informing all fish farmers under Thoubal district to submit detailed reports of damages to their farms caused by the recent incessant rainfall and flooding.

According to the notification, affected fish farmers are required to submit their reports along with necessary supporting documents, including Aadhar card, Patta Jamabandi, GPS photographs of the affected fish farm or pond area, bank account details, contact number, etc to the District Fishery Officer, Thoubal on or before November 12, 2025, for claiming losses and seeking financial assistance from the higher authority.
