In Bihar’s hinterland, a quiet mobilisation is underway long before the campaign flags go up. From the crowded lanes of Patna to the ‘badlands’ of Siwan and Mokama, RSS workers have been knocking on doors—quite literally. The organisation and its affiliates have planned to hold at least 2-2.5 lakh door-to-door meetings across the state’s 243 assembly constituencies, News18 has learnt.
