On Sunday, October 26, 2025, at approximately 0410 hours, New York City Police Department ( NYPD ) police officers responded to a 911 call of an assault in progress in front of 28 E. Kingsbridge Road, within the confines of the 52 nd Precinct in the Bronx.

Upon arrival, officers were informed that a 35-year-old female sustained multiple stab wounds to the chest.

The female victim was transported to BronxCare Health Systems via private means.

The victim was then transferred to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln, where she was later pronounced deceased.

Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.
