The scale of opposition to large-scale renewable energy projects across regional Australia is far greater than many in the political class are willing to admit, according to new research from the Institute of Public Affairs (IPA).

Speaking to Sky News host Peta Credlin, IPA Research Fellow Mia Schlicht said farmers and landholders across the country are “furious about the net zero policy and the way the rollout is affecting their lands,” insisting the pushback is far from isolated.
