Horse Capital TV previews A Leg Up on Literacy Fundraiser

OCALA, Fla. (WCJB) - In the Horse Capital of the world, equines are apart of almost everything even education.

We’ll tell you about one fundraiser aimed at promoting literacy and help raise money to support the Black Stallion Reading Project in this week’s Horse Capital TV.
