GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) - Fall is one of Paige’s favorite seasons. Her family in West Virginia had an apple orchard and we were always looking for new ways to use apples.

From hand pies to apple butter, Paige and her mom loved to use apples.

She wishes she could have seen this recipe. Mama BB would have loved the sweet and salty flavors.

Enjoy and create some new family memories.

Ingredients

4 Granny Smith apples, cored and thinly sliced

2 good quality white chocolate bars, melted in microwave or double boiler (Paige used Lindt)

3/4 cup caramel sauce, warmed

1 cup chopped pretzels

2 Heath bars, broken into small pieces

Directions

On a large plate, arrange apple slices on top of one another.

Drizzle with half the white chocolate and caramel, then top with pretzels and Heath bar
