PENDLETON, Ind. (WXIX) - Two tortoises stolen from the Indianapolis Zoo were found safe at a park in Madison County, Indiana, according to Indiana State Police.
The pair of tortoises went missing in early October and were discovered at a park in the Madison County city of Pendleton.
The Pendleton Police Department says it was dispatched to Falls Park at around 4 p.m. after a park visitor said they came across an unattended cardboard box.
