QUINCY (WGEM) - Halloween is just a few days away, and before your kids go trick-or-treating, there are some things that you may want to look out for.
Local law enforcement stated that parents should go over a number of things with their kids. One of those is to avoid houses with lights off. They also say wearing the proper clothing is one of the most important things kids can do.
