MORGANTOWN — WVU Medicine Children’s Hospital will have a new name following a $28 million, unrestricted gift from entrepreneur and philanthropist Thomas Golisano.
The gift was presented Tuesday to a delegation of WVU Medicine senior leadership while visiting the Golisano Institute for Business and Entrepreneurship in Brighton, N.Y., with officials announcing the hospital now will be known as WVU Medicine Golisano Children’s.
