DENVER (KDVR) — A private investigation into a board member for Colorado's largest school district found it was likely that the member "engaged in belittling, dismissive, and condescending behavior towards some District staff members," and "exhibited bias in interactions with some District leaders of color."
However, the same investigation found that those biased interactions may not have been deliberate.
