(PINPOINT WEATHER) -- Good morning and happy Wednesday! It is shaping up to be another dreary day across the Carolinas with more showers and chilly temperatures on the way. Drier weather will start to move in on Thursday, and there should be no issues for your Halloween. After a dry weekend, rain will likely return on Monday while temperatures stay below average.
After devastating Jamaica, Melissa has now made a second landfall in Cuba as a Category 3 hurricane and will now head out into the Atlantic and out to sea.
As for your Wednesday, mostly cloudy skies and some mist this morning will give way to scattered showers moving back in this afternoon, with our next weather maker moving into the region. Temperatures will still be chilly with highs staying in the low to mid-50s all day. More
