The Fallon Company anticipates a building permit to be submitted in December to allow for construction of an affordable housing building and a hotel for the East Bank, with construction to start as soon as May.
Fallon Chief Development Officer Shawn Seaman and Elmington Capital Group President Ben Brewer provided an update on Tuesday to the East Bank Development Authority on key details about the development, including the first parcel of the initial development area.
