PORTLAND, Ore. (KPTV) - One person has died after a house fire in the Powellhurst-Gilbert neighborhood early Wednesday morning.

At about 3:44 a.m., Portland Fire & Rescue crews responded to a fire in the 3300 block of Southeast 124th Avenue.

PF&R told FOX 12 that one person has died. Their name has not yet been released.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.

No other details have been released at this time.
