Responding to a question raised by legislator Altaf Ahmad Wani, the Deputy Chief Minister said the road infrastructure had suffered damage due to flash floods on August 26, 2025. “The culvert on the Pahalgam–Aru road was washed away, but connectivity was restored within two days through the construction of a temporary diversion,” he told the House.
