McLEAN COUNTY ( 25News Now ) - The McLean County dispatch center said a technical issue from earlier Wednesday has been resolved.

Earlier, the dispatch center said callers may have experienced distorted audio or longer-than-usual connection times for connecting to a dispatcher.

Rhonda Flegal, Executive Director of the Metcom-McLean County 911 Communications Center, encouraged those who needed emergency assistance to remain on the line and not hang up, even if audio appears unclear or delayed.
