ROCKFORD, Ill. — Multiple people were arrested after guns were found in a Rockford housing development.

In early October, Rockford PD Gang Unit detectives investigated an incident involving minors and an adult possessing guns at the Rockford Housing Authority Orton Keyes complex.

On Tuesday morning, Rockford Police detectives used search warrants at a home in the 500 block of Ranger Street and at a home in the 600 block of Score Street.

At the Ranger Street residence, a man identified as 19-year-old Theron Starks III opened the door and quickly closed it. He left through a different door and was arrested.
