WRIGHT COUNTY, Mo. — A Wright County man was arrested after being released for two active warrants.
According to online court documents, Robert Dodds, 35, faces charges of unlawful possession of a firearm and resisting arrest for a felony.
According to the probable cause statement, on Oct. 18, Dodds was seen allegedly trespassing on Aviator Lane in Mountain Grove. He was also reported to be carrying a gun. After noticing law enforcement, Dodd fled into the woods, investigators say.
At the time of this incident, Dodds was a convicted felon, which prohibited him from possessing any firearms. He also had two active felony warrants for his arrest.
On Oct. 28, Dodds appeared in court and was taken into custody for his two active warrants. The judge subsequently released Dodds from custody,
