The best cross country athletes in Texas will descend on Round Rock this week to compete at the state cross country meet, which is slated for Friday and Saturday at Old Settlers Park.

This area produced several strong team and individual efforts at their respective regional meets last week, and they will look for that to carry over into the final competition of the season.
