NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) -- Crews are handling a "substantial break" on a 36-inch water main along Chestnut Street, Metro Water Services announced Wednesday afternoon.
Officials said the water main break occurred in the 400 block of Chestnut Street, adding that the street is closed in both directions from Humphreys Street to 3rd Avenue South as of 2:14 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 29. The Metro Nashville Police Department is on site while personnel establish a detour.
