SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) - We will see a rather quiet weather pattern continue for the next several days with below normal temperatures. Some of the coldest air of the season is on the way on Thursday night.

Thursday temperatures: Thursday will begin with overnight lows in the low to middle 40s over most of the area. We will begin a warming trend on Thursday afternoon as daytime highs climb into the low to middle 60s.

Lots of sun and less wind: Futurecast shows that the clouds that have returned to the area today will decrease on Wednesday night. Expect the wind to quickly die down after sunset.
