HIBBING, Minn. (Northern News Now) - Federal agents and Lake Superior Drug Task Force raided a taco restaurant in Hibbing early Wednesday afternoon.

Officers could be seen at La Tequila Taco shop at 1818 Third Ave. East.

According to the Hibbing Police Department, officers assisted the Lake Superior Drug Task Force with a warrant at the restaurant.

According to our crew on scene, a resident outside of the restaurant was seen in a verbal dispute with officers.

Officers in vests with “ERO” are on the scene. Enforcement and Removal Operations is an agency within ICE.

Hibbing Police and Sheriff were seen leaving the scene around 1:50 p.m.
