Body found in Lake Zorinsky in southwest Omaha

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Omaha Police have confirmed to First Alert 6 that a body was found in Lake Zorinsky on Wednesday.

The body was located off the boat docks near the shore.

Authorities were seen investigating a red pickup truck near the scene.

On Monday, Nov. 3, authorities confirmed to First Alert 6 that the body had been identified as an 80-year-old man with significant health issues.

The autopsy confirmed drowning as the cause of death, and was deemed not supicious.
