TEKAMAH, Neb. (WOWT) - A Tekamah man has been arrested on several charges after a search warrant was serviced last week.

According to the Tekamah Police Department, 37-year-old Kyle McCarty was arrested after a search warrant was serviced on a camper in the area of 11th and J streets on November 6.

A search of the camper yielded “thousands of dollars” of stolen goods, according to TPD. A small quantity of meth and meth paraphernalia were also found at the scene.

McCarty was apprehended by authorities while riding his bike near the scene of the search.

According to TPD, McCarty is facing charges of burglary, theft by unlawful taking (multiple counts), felony possession of stolen property, criminal trespassing (multiple counts), possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine, and p
