ROCHESTER, (WROC) — Wednesday, a former police officer involved in the case of another former police officer was arraigned on charges of criminal sale of drugs.

Former Geneva Police Officer Nathan Jacon is the fourth defendant to be arraigned in the case involving Former Police Officer Michael Tapscott.

Michael Tapscott was a police officer accused of selling drugs to someone at a local business while on duty and operating a police car. Investigators said Tapscott regularly solicited members of the Geneva Police Department and members of the community to purchase and sell controlled substances while on and off duty.
