GREECE, N.Y. (WROC) — A 14-year-old who was kidnapped, stripped naked, and handcuffed last year at a Greece apartment building by three men appeared in court Wednesday to share his testimony.

Several people took the stand, including the boy, his mother, a police officer, and a 911 center employee.

Jayquon Martin, the man accused of kidnapping the teen, was also in court.

The boy, who was 13 at the time of the crime, said that he and his friends wanted to go to the store, but he did not have a bike, so they searched two apartment buildings at Glenora Gardens for one to take.

He said at the second building, he was confronted by the suspect, Jayquon Martin, who had a rifle.
