An East Kilbride singer has been put on the sex offenders' register for a year after molesting and stalking a student. ‌

Jay Malley, 21, was also handed a one-year non-harassment order at Hamilton Sheriff Court. ‌

He admitted sexually assaulting the male at an address in East Kilbride and elsewhere on various occasions between August 1 last year and February 10. ‌

Malley, of Monroe Avenue, also admitted engaging in a course of conduct that caused the man fear or alarm between February 10 and 19 this year.
