One of Portland's largest towers has sold.

The PacWest Building at 1211 S.W. Fifth Ave. hit the market shortly after U.S. Bancorp Tower earlier this summer with broker Newmark handling the building listing.

Newmark Vice Chairman Nick Kucha posted about the sale on LinkedIn Wednesday, saying the sale listing "attracted 15 offers with and sparked multiple rounds of competitive bidding."

"We selected a new-to-market capital source that closed right at the contract price, demonstrating their strong conviction in Portland’s continued recovery," he added in his post.

Kucha was not immediately available to provide details on PacWest's price or buyer.
