TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Sabrina Aisenberg was just an infant when she vanished from her family's Valrico home in 1997.
Despite a massive search and years of investigation, she has never been found.
Tampa Attorney Michael Trentalange wants to see the case files from the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office investigation.
A judge ordered the Sheriff's Office to show him the files, but Trentalange said they are not following the order.
"The sheriff's office has just been obstructionist in every way possible," he said. "They don't want to produce these records, and a little thing like a court order hasn't seemed to change their minds."
He said the files are being kept in boxes at the sheriff's office, and he's not being allowed to see them.
"We asked for a tangible item," Trentalange said.
