KAUKAUNA, Wis. (WBAY) - A farm in Kaukauna is helping meet the need for food assistance by matching donations from its subscription platform.

“Produce With Purpose” has several different subscriptions available, including fruit, vegetables, and “Rick’s Pick”, which features different in-season items, hand-chosen by the owner.

Customers choosing vegetable subscriptions or Rick’s Pick can select the dropdown arrow to donate.

For every box donated, the farm will match it, helping provide relief for families in need.

“The situation right now, to me, is heartbreaking, and to think that potentially seven hundred thousand Wisconsinites will lose access to food is... It bothers me a little bit, so I want to do my part. I know I can’t feed 700,000 people, but I can feed a couple,” says Rick Sla
