ALTON, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Alton police are investigating an assault and homicide that reportedly occurred within hours of each other and are believed to be connected.
William Hernandez, 34, and Juventino Rosales, 33, are wanted in connection with separate incidents that occurred the same night.
Shortly after 8:30 p.m. on Oct. 23, officers responded to an assault on the 1400 block of N. Oak St.
Police say a woman reported that Rosales and three other people — identified as Danny Trevino, Crystal Trevino, and Vanessa Hernandez — attacked her.
During the attack, the woman claims Rosales allegedly pointed a firearm at her son as he tried to protect her.
Rosales is wanted on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and deadly conduct.
