VANCOUVER, Wash. (KPTV) - Vancouver Police are searching for a rape suspect who they say removed his ankle monitor and failed to show up to court on Wednesday.

Investigators say Todd Hubbard, who is a suspect in a second-degree rape domestic violence case, was scheduled to change his plea to guilty in court but did not show up.

Hubbard was reportedly ordered to wear a GPS ankle monitor as a condition of his pre-trial release, and removed it before failing to appear in court.

A felony warrant has been issued for Hubbard’s arrest with additional charges of second-degree malicious mischief and third-degree escape.

Police say if you see Hubbard or have information about his location, call 911 and do not approach him.
