Thursday is a little bit of a split forecast. If you're living in the North Country, especially areas closest to the Saint Lawrence River Valley, you're dealing with widespread moderate to heavy rain through out the day Thursday, starting around mid morning.

For the rest of the region, Thursday is a dry and cloudy day, with the rain arriving around dinner time. Widespread and heavy rain continues overnight and through Halloween morning, before we taper off to lingering scattered showers which will be in place through trick-or-treating! Ponchos and umbrella might be needed for those heading out!
