ROCHESTER, NY (WROC) - Rain showers, heavy at times, will move throughout the region through this morning and into the afternoon. Temperatures are going to hold in the 40s throughout the day.

Some could see over an inch of rain and a few towns will get over two inches of rain. This massive storm system is carrying a ton of moisture on the northern edge of it, so the rain will last through the afternoon. There will be some dry time. We are on the back edge of the system on Halloween. That will mean scattered rain showers and wind, with gusts over 30 mph.
