The Detroit area and its suburbs could see some rain early today and again this evening, with showers expected to clip the eastern part of the state.

These showers will move in mainly along a line from Port Huron to Detroit to Monroe.

The rain ushers in a pattern shift with the temperatures, too. We can expect daytime high temperatures to fall into the high 40s.
