NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A 51-year-old is accused of making a threat of mass violence against downtown Nashville Wednesday.
Officers were called to the 500 block of Broadway on Thursday, Aug. 28.
According to court documents, Benjamin Little Bear Johnson called the security office at the Fifth + Broad complex around 8:30 p.m. Johnson reportedly told the security officer who answered, "Just calling to let you know I'm coming to shoot up Fifth + Broad and that a lot of people are going to get hurt. You have five minutes to get out."
One security officer called 911 while another called the number back three times to confirm the name attached to its voicemail as "Benjamin Johnson."
