JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (WTAJ) — The Stonycreek Township Police Department is asking the public for help to find the person responsible for dumping a giant pile of trash in Johnstown.

According to a Facebook post, on Oct. 29, officers learned that a large pile of trash had been dumped on the 300 block of Highland Park Road in Johnstown.
