UPDATE (10:15 p.m.): Foley Police Department officials have announced that their phone line is now working.

FOLEY, Ala. (WKRG) — The Foley Police Department is experiencing problems with its phone line today, according to an FPD news release.
According to the release, only the non-emergency telephone line is out of service.
Residents can still call 9-1-1 for emergencies that require immediate first responder services such as police, fire, or medical.
"The issue is being addressed by our service provider, and technicians are working diligently to restore normal service as quickly as possible," the release said.
The City of Foley and Foley Police Department will give updates through their "official communication channels" as soon as the non-emergency line is back up,
