FOLEY, Ala. (WKRG) — Foley officials are reminding drivers to follow the posted detour signs while Michigan Avenue is closed for upgrades.

Signs were put on Makaira Drive at Michigan, and officials said Dalton Circle and Amazon Drive are also not outlets.
"Motorists should follow detour signs for the best routes around the closed intersection," a City of Foley news release said.
Baldwin County closed the intersection in September, and it is expected to remain closed until January as the county works on upgrading the traffic signals and adding dedicated turn lanes in all
