LEBANON Ore. (KPTV) - Lebanon High School has secured $130,000 for stadium renovations after finishing second in T-Mobile’s Friday Night 5G Lights competition.
The Warriors received nearly 1.5 million votes in the contest, falling short of the $1 million grand prize but earning $100,000 for their second-place finish. Combined with previous winnings , the school has accumulated $130,000 that officials will put toward the Heath Stadium project.
The funding will help renovate the nearly 70-year-old facilities at Lebanon High School.
T-Mobile and Lebanon High School will celebrate the second-place win on Friday, Nov. 14.
