COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - At least one person is recovering after a fire at a mobile home park Thursday morning.

According to the Colorado Springs Fire Department (CSFD), the working fire was at Aspen Grove Mobile Home Park. Crews on scene reported around 7 a.m. that one mobile home was fully involved in fire.

Firefighters later reported that the fire had spread to a second mobile home . Crews knocked down the fire in the initial unit around 7:15 a.m. and worked to extinguish the fire in the second mobile home.

Crews said the fire was fully extinguished with minimal extension to adjacent units.

One person was taken to the hospital for serious injuries. CSFD has not yet released the cause of the fire.
