JANESVILLE, Wis. (WKOW) -- Janesville police requested help from the public in looking for a child who was last seen Thursday morning.

According to a news release, Gavyn Pollock, 12, left Edison Middle School sometime in the morning, and his whereabouts are unknown.

Police said Gavyn is autistic and may be vulnerable.

He is believed to be wearing a white or gray sweatshirt.

Police ask anyone who sees Gavyn or may have an idea of where he is to contact the Rock County Communications Center at (608) 757-2244.
