The Las Vegas Police Department has revealed a new fleet of Tesla Cybertrucks .

Sheriff Kevin McMahill unveiled 10 Tesla Cybertrucks, which will be used to patrol Sin City on October 28, 2025.

The vehicles will be used by patrol officers and will carry tactical tools needed to assist officers of the Las Vegas Metro Police Department on critical calls for service, such as barricades and shootings.

The unveiling of the new patrol vehicles took place at the Otonomous Hotel - the world's first true AI-powered sustainable hotel.

Speaking at the press conference, Sheriff McMahill, said: "This is the next evolution of keeping our community safer than it has ever been.

"[Cybertrucks] are going to have special equipment in them and are going to be utilized to keep our cops
