MADISONVILLE, Ky. (WFIE) - Madisonville Police say a tow truck driver found an unresponsive man at the scene of a crash.
They say it happened Wednesday night on Pepper Drive.
The tow truck driver was called there and says he found a pickup truck with heavy damage, and the driver was passed out.
Police say they arrived and were finally able to wake up 51-year-old Jason Woods.
They say he seemed dazed and under the influence of something.
Officers say a broken pipe, marijuana, and a large amount of Gabapentin pills were found.
They say Woods tested positive for cannabis and failed field sobriety tests.
Police say Woods’ license is already suspended because of another DUI.
They say he also doesn’t have insurance, and his license plate is expired.
