BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ( WBRC ) - Congratulations to this week’s Rising Star, William Tabb!

William is a senior at Mountain Brook High School with a 4.26 GPA. He is SGA President, National Honor Society Parliamentarian, and on the Football and Track teams. Outside of school he is floor leader of the Senate for Alabama Youth Legislature and an Eagle Scout. His enthusiasm and kind spirit make him a true leader.
