CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) - With Halloween on Friday, local departments are reminding residents to stay safe while enjoying a night of festive and spooky fun.

Officials are sharing important reminders for parents, drivers, and trick-or-treaters alike.

The Orange Fire Department announced that the town’s official trick-or-treating hours will take place Thursday, Oct. 31, from 5 to 8 p.m. “Be safe and have fun tomorrow! Trick-or-treating in Orange is from 5–8 p.m. Fingers crossed that the weather holds out,” the department said in a post encouraging families to enjoy the evening responsibly.
