LAWRENCE, Ind. -- A former principal at Belzer Middle School has resigned amid allegations that he sexually assaulted and harassed Lawrence Township school employees.
FOX59/CBS4's Rafael Sanchez spoke with McKinsey Glover, who said Victor Bush sexually assaulted her while they were on a work trip near Cincinnati, Ohio, last year.
"I’m the survivor of sexual assault. I made it through. I did not allow it to define me," Glover said. "I was proud to be an employee of Lawrence Township, a student of Lawrence Township and alumni of Lawrence Township."
McKinsey was hired in August 2024 at Belzer as the administrative assistant to the school's three vice principals.
She said the issues began to arise after April 25, when her then-principal, Bush, allegedly invited school staff and friends to
